Rational is running dedicated vegetarian and vegan events today in the south of England.
Taking place at the Rational UK headquarters, Exeter City AFC and East Horton Golf Club, the trio of free demonstrations will feature a professional Rational chef showing how to cook vegetarian and vegan dishes, including whole roast spiced celeriac with pomegranate and parsley, vegan fish and chips (breaded tofu wrapped in seaweed), grilled courgette ribbons with sriracha marinade, bbq jack fruit and much more. In addition, participants will learn about the benefits of Rational accessories and applications.
