Rational belongs to the 5% of companies that enjoy the highest level of customer satisfaction in the world, the company has claimed.
The German combi oven manufacturer, which is understood to enjoy a market share of more than 60% in the UK, said a recent study by the market research institute TNS Infratest had shown just what customers thought of its products.
The poll, which Rational commissioned, revealed it has “almost double“ the number of satisfied customers than the average for companies in the industry.
TNS Infratest surveyed almost 1,000 Rational customers in Europe and North America early this year.
83% of them are so satisfied with Rational that they would not only immediately purchase more products but also recommend them to colleagues any time, according to the poll. The average for companies in the industry is 47%.
With a satisfaction index of 99, Rational scored an average of 72 index points, with customers lauding its combi ovens for their reliability and durability. The highest customer satisfaction came from users in the UK.
"We are very delighted with this result and this motivates us to continue developing our products aiming for maximum customer benefits," said Dr Guenter Blaschke, chairman of the board of Rational.
At the time of publication, Rational had not clarified whether it commissioned the study or it was carried out independently.
