Rational goes ghostbusting for a fifth time

Rational’s next TrendTalk webinar will focus on the future of ghost kitchens.

The fifth in Rational’s online TrendTalk webinars on Ghost Kitchens will take place on 24 November at 3pm.

This time the international panel of experts will discuss ‘Marking the Future of Ghost Kitchens’. They’ll cover topics including what new ordering options will look like, how to increase customer satisfaction, creating new production sites, and how to find new recipes and ideas.

The webinar will be moderated by Michael Jones of the FCSI. The panel comprises the president of Ghost Kitchen Brands Marc Choy, franchise consultant Thierry Rousset, the CEO of OrderB4 Randy Murphy, and Rational’s ghost kitchen specialist Stephan Leuschner.

Adam Knights, marketing director of Rational UK, said: “Over 600 people have participated in this TrendTalk series so far.

“The pandemic accelerated the growth of ghost or dark kitchens. As well as representing significant business opportunities, the methods and practices they are developing can be successfully translated into other sectors – which is one of the reasons so many operators are interested in these webinars.”

After attending a Ghost Kitchen TrendTalk, Steve Johnston of Boho Burrito, Bicester, said: “I found the webinar to be extremely beneficial in highlighting challenges in the dark kitchen environment. It also showed me ways to grow and expand my business into future food markets.”
