Rational has expanded its range of services to include maintenance of its combi ovens and multifunctional cooking equipment.
For a fixed monthly fee, the new Rational Service Packages offer users additional services to ensure operational reliability, which it believes will generate cost savings.
Three packages will be available for this regular appliance servicing to suit various requirements. Each one provides support on site, with Rational advising end users on which service package is the right one for their establishment. The more hours the cooking unit is in use, the higher the maintenance requirement is and as such also the integrated services in the package. The premium package also includes the replacement of parts subject to heavy wear and repairs, and includes a Service Hotline available 24/7.
The maintenance will be provided by the over 1,000 certified Rational Service Partners from around the world.

“We have already received positive feedback on the new Service Packages from the catering sector. Operators mainly appreciate that the maintenance costs can be planned and are inclusive, and that appliance downtime is reduced to a minimum.”
