Rational debuts SelfCookingCenter and VarioCookingCenter joint force at Hotelympia

Rational’s latest SelfCookingCenter XS will be one model on stand at Hotelympia.

At Hotelympia’s Professional Kitchen Show 2018 visitors will experience the latest SelfCookingCenter and VarioCookingCenter as chefs demonstrate their multifunctional capacities on stand 1210.

During the exhibition, on 5-8 March at London’s ExCel, Rational will also show how it believes its range of specialist accessories can enhance cooking results and make life easier for the kitchen brigade. They include the Multibaker, the grill and pizza tray and the cross and stripe grill grate.

The company now also offers ConnectedCooking 2.0, allowing users to link their SelfCookingCenters and VarioCookingCenters to a network, and monitor operation remotely. They can also programme multiple units simultaneously.

Rational‘s chefs will show how to prepare different meal occasions with the SelfCookingCenter and VarioCookingCenter, offering samples and live cooking demonstrations on stand.

Also being demonstrated will be the VarioMobil, an accessory for the VarioCookingCenter that is designed to make it easy to transport food cooked in the unit.

Visitors will be able to see how a kitchen with a both the combi oven and multi-functional cooker can cook everything that a modern foodservice operation requires – from what is said to be a minimal footprint, using less energy than conventional appliances.
