Radford Chancellor co-founds foodservice marketing agency

Radford Chancellor is one of three co-founders of the new Macintosh Marketing.

Industry veteran Radford Chancellor has launched a sister business to his foodservice consultancy, Macintosh Foodservice Solutions.

The new Macintosh Marketing marketing agency has three co-owners, with Chancellor being joined by Mark St. Andrew, a PR and communications director who has held roles at News Corp, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and Publicis Groupe UK; and James Bailey, who much experience and client knowledge from previous roles. St. Andrew and Bailey will lead the business as creative director and client services director respectively.

Based out of Arundel, West Sussex, Macintosh Marketing specialises in tailored marketing solutions to B2B and B2C brands in the foodservice sector.

On the launch of the new business, Chancellor commented: “All brands need effective branding and marketing strategies if they want to thrive in a competitive industry, and B2B foodservice brands are no different.

“Macintosh Marketing was born with a view to helping our clients grow their brands and maximise their business potential. We’ve got a brilliant team in place and I can’t wait to see the amazing work the agency delivers.”

Bailey said: “Macintosh Marketing has a combined experience of 50 years in the foodservice and hospitality sector, and 20 years in marketing services. We understand the challenges facing hospitality and foodservice brands, and we know the assets they need to reach their customers, from the perfect website to showcasing our clients’ brand, to social marketing strategies to aid our clients in connecting with their customers.”

The business has already agreed contracts with a number of companies in the foodservice sector, including wall cladding supplier, Jemiclad. Director Matt Robinson said: “We are very excited to be working with Macintosh, the team have already come up with a number of great solutions and ideas for us and our products and are very much looking forward to work alongside them.”

Another of the marketing firm’s clients, Akash Gupta of Chef-Link UK, commented: “I have know the members of the Macintosh team for a number of years and am delighted to be partnered with them in this new venture.”

With offices in Arundel (serving England and Wales), and Edinburgh (serving Scotland and Ireland), Macintosh Marketing’s services will include: social media strategy, brand development, exhibition support, promo and customer materials, digital services and video production.
