Q90 range from Middleby expands with bratt pans

Eight heavy-duty bratt pans have been added to the Q90 range of modular commercial catering equipment from the Middleby Group.

In common with the rest of the robust 70-piece range, the Q90 bratt pans combine high-quality UK engineering heft with sleek Italian good looks and are built to meet the needs of the most demanding, high-output commercial kitchens.

The bratt pans range offers a choice of gas and electric power, motorised and manual tilt facility and 70l and 100l capacities.

Measuring 900mm deep, the bratt pans are built to the European standard widths of either 800mm or 1,200mm.

The large cooking surface is constructed from a special compound material to give fast heat-up and recovery times with consistent temperatures across the cooking zone.

The units also feature a double wall lid as standard, with rear cut-out to enable replenishing without opening the lid.

Richard Fordham, Q90’s International Brand Manager, says: “For high-output kitchens, a bratt pan is a vital, multi-functional piece of equipment. They must also withstand heavy use, which is why Q90 bratt pans are engineered and built to last in the most demanding of settings, while still looking good.

“Q90 bratt pans also have built-in safety controls and offer a choice of features and sizes to suit all requirements.

“Every item of Q90 equipment sold in the UK is backed by a comprehensive two-year onsite parts and labour warranty, underlining our confidence in the quality of our products.”

In addition to bratt pans, the Q90 range of gas and electric equipment includes oven ranges, fryers, griddles, boiling tops and chargrills, as well as bains marie, pasta cookers, boiling kettles and ambient units.
