Prodis creates warewasher evolution

The new EV warewasher series features a bright LED colour coded display.

Prodis has launched the EV range of glass and dishwashers, designed to be user friendly, energy efficient, intelligent and hygienic.

The bright LED colour coded display should be easily read in low light situations, allowing operation in pubs, clubs and bars.

Five wash time cycles should enable lightly soiled glasses to be washed on a shorter cycle to the heavier soiled. If activated, the rinse tank temperature interlock system holds the wash cycle until a rinse temperature of 82°C is reached, designed to ensure a hygienic final rinse.

Combining years of research and development the EV wash tank is designed without any obstruction for ease of cleaning. Filters, rack guides and wash arms are ergonomically profiled to allow for easy access and removal. The system automatically cleans the wash tank whenever the unit is switched off.

While EV-Filter technology has been developed to keep both small and large dirt particles out of the wash system. The filter can be completely disassembled by the end user without the use of tools to make daily cleaning and maintenance easy.

All EV machines are fitted with a soft start wash pump which gradually ramps up the power to prevent chipping and breaking delicate glassware.

The series also comes with the EV-LOGiC self-diagnostic system which monitors the machines’ performance at all times and displays error codes which are designed to speed up troubleshooting and reduce the amount of downtime in the event of a breakdown.

The series features drain pumps, rinse aid injectors and detergent pumps as standard.
