Primeware’s light display

Primeware Ceramic’s latest range of multi-portion Gastronorm dishes are claimed to be lighter than most while being energy efficient.

The flat-bottomed ceramic dishes are designed to maximise space on the foodservice counter but are said to retain at least 30% more heat than stainless steel counterparts.

Designed to be tough and durable, the modular range can be used to chill, freeze, oven cook, microwave and serve, capable of withstanding temperatures from -20°C to +250°C. The rounded corners are designed for easy cleaning, while everything is both dishwasher safe as well as dishwasher proof, meaning that the colours should not fade.

All of the dishes are available in white and black in an assortment of sizes, while the MP1, MP2, MP3 and MP9/9 sizes are also available in red, blue, green and yellow.

The stackable dishes are compatible with standard Gastronorm clear plastic lids which retain moisture and help keep food in prime condition for as long as possible.
