Precision has appointed Christine Hartshorne as marketing manager to lead its marketing strategy and communications in the future.
The refrigeration manufacturer has seen growth in both the UK and international markets over the past few years and is looking to capitalise on that.
Hartshorne brings 15 years of marketing experience to the post and has previously worked within the foodservice industry. She is a chartered marketer and accredited PR practitioner.
Nick Williams, MD at Precision, said: “We are lucky to have Christine on board. Her experience within the industry and her marketing skills are exactly what we need as we prepare for further growth.”
Precision has seen business expand by 30% in 2018, with exports accounting for 40% of production, and sales to the Middle East up 50% compared to the previous year.
Hartshorne added: “This is a great time for me to join Precision. Having just celebrated their tenth anniversary and with business going from strength to strength, I look forward to putting a new marketing strategy in place to expand on their existing success.”
