Precision Refrigeration has rolled out a range of mobile banqueting carts that are designed to make it easy to transport hot and cold food for event catering.

The 60mm high performance insulation means that the cabinets maintain temperature for extended periods while they are being moved from kitchen to service.

All round bumper bars protect the cabinets, while the heavy duty casters and flush pull handles ensure both mobility and stability in transit.

Both cabinets have a footprint of 840mm by 915mm, and are 1740mm high, ensuring they fit easily through standard doors.

The refrigerator model holds up to 24 GN1/1 65mm deep pans, while the heated model (PMH 30) can store as many as 30 pans.

The refrigerator model is designed to hold food at -2 to +4°C and operate in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C. Standard features include the iCool controller, which saves energy and provides accurate temperature control, audio visual temperature alarms and HACCP capability.

The heated model, operating at 78 to 82°C, features a humidity tray, to ensure food is kept in prime condition, and a safety cut-out switch.
