Precision Refrigeration is bringing front of house cool to this year’s Hotelympia, at London’s ExCel on 5-8 March.
On stand 1620 the manufacturer will be showcasing its latest meat ageing cabinet, wine cooler, bottle coolers and Retro Refrigeration.
The meat ageing cabinet is designed for front of house display, but is said to be equally suited to kitchen duties. It should provide suitable temperature and humidity-controlled environment for meat ageing while showing off the meats as a sales tool.
The cabinet’s internal temperature can be accurately set from 1°C and 4°C with the humidity controlled between 75-85% – without the need for a water supply. Precision supplies Himalayan Rock Salt to enhance the meat’s flavour and to optimise humidity regulation within the cabinet.
Precision’s new wine cabinet, on show for the first time in the UK is designed to have full temperature and humidity control to keep wine in perfect condition, with pull out wooden shelves, glass doors and LED lighting to show off the bottles.
The latest bottle coolers are claimed to be reliable pieces of refrigeration equipment fitted with a maintenance-free condenser across the range.
With a stainless steel exterior and mirrored stainless steel interior, glass doors are fitted as standard, while internal LED lighting should enhance the display. Front venting design means they should fit into any back bar layout, without the need for rear- or side-clearance. To allow for different front of house décor and styles, the exterior can be painted to any RAL number, is available in black plastic steel exterior or can be supplied with wooden doors.
Precision’s Retro Refrigeration will also be on the stand. This is the cabinet that takes its inspiration from the 50s and adds the latest energy efficient components to produce what is said to be a modern, high performance refrigerator, with heavy-duty hinges and large handles adding to the retro feel.
It has a metal exterior finish with a clear, wipe clean coating to keep it looking smart, plus Precision can paint the finish to match a site’s décor if the RAL number is supplied.
