The Porkka range of modular hot, cold and ambient temperature food preparation counters may now be configured by chefs online.
Porkka’s Counter Configurator selects width, height, depth, worktop design (solid, refrigerated well or ice storage well) and positioning of drawers and doors.
As a result, chefs can develop their own system to suit both the space available and the menu being offered without the expense of a bespoke design.
The easy-to-use Counter Configurator requires no login or CAD skills and can be accessed from the home page of www.Porkka.co.uk.
At the end of the selection process a PDF file is created that includes an image of the product and a detailed drawing – either of which can be easily incorporated into a proposal – as well as listing all details. A unique number is also included for requesting a quotation and ordering.
Porkka food preparation counters are available in refrigerated, freezer, hot and ambient (neutral) versions.
Because of their stainless steel construction and high levels of thermal insulation, counters operating at different temperatures can be located next to each other without affecting performance.
For ease of maintenance the motor assembly on Porkka counters slides out from the front of the unit for ease of access without the need to pull the unit away from the wall.
