PKL has been awarded a place on the NHS Shared Business Services Framework for the purchase and hire of kitchen units and catering equipment.
After a competitive tendering procedure back in March where PKL underwent a rigorous quality assessment process, the company proved that it has the necessary insurances, policies and procedures, and health and safety accreditations in place to meet all statutory requirements for a place on the framework.
PKL is listed on Lot 8, for modular kitchens purchase and hire, catering equipment and permanent catering managed services.
The framework provides a compliant route to market for all NHS Shared Business Services Approved Organisations, this includes all NHS Trusts and wider public sector organisations within the UK, and highlights the efficiency gains from modular construction.
