Pizza Equipment Limited will be holding a live demonstration of its latest electric pizza oven, the Moretti Forni ‘Neapolis’, on Tuesday 2 July in the Pitstone Green Business Park, Pitstone.
Director, Andrew Esser, commented: “We are very excited to be launching this alternative to the traditional wood fired pizza oven and look forward to welcoming dealers and end users to the event, where they will be able to see the Neapolis in action.”
Claimed to be the world’s most powerful electric pizza oven, the single deck Neapolis can reach temperatures of 510°C and has been specifically developed for baking Neapolitan pizza.
The sheet steel structure of the oven has a post-industrial look and features ‘cool around’ technology for a safe working environment.
The oven chamber is made from refractory material, has a cooking surface 55mm thick, and is capable of baking up to 6 x 12” pizzas at a time.
Supplied with a prover cabinet base, the three-phase unit features electronic temperature management with independent control of both the ceiling and floor with a maximum temperature of 510°C, which should make it suitable for baking Neapolitan pizza at 485°C.
The unit also comes with a 1 year parts and labour warranty as standard.
