Pizza Equipment will be celebrating its 30th anniversary by teaming up with long-term partner Moretti Forni on stand P220 at the HRC Show, taking place at London’s ExCeL on 3-5 March.
Creating a ‘Moretti Corner’, the pair will be showcasing the Neapolis and the S Series electric pizza ovens, highlighting the innovation behind the technology.
Pizza chef Ralph Carlone will be cooking pizzas in the Neapolis and will also be presenting three Masterclass events each day, demonstrating how to make the best pizzas and other bread products, whilst explaining the oven’s special features.
Alongside other Moretti pizza oven models, the iDeck, the S Series, and the T64E conveyor oven, Pizza Equipment will be displaying the Next Phase pizza delivery bag range, featuring a six-layer insulation construction that is designed to ensure the pizza will only lose 1°C over 30 minutes, even in sub-zero temperatures.
The bags utilise self-charging nanotechnology which renders the use of cords and electric elements unnecessary. Pizza Equipment is the UK sole supplier of the bags, which are available in four sizes.
