Pie-eyed Burco extends heated cabinet series


Having recently launched a range of British-manufactured hot water boilers, GDPA-owned Burco has now unveiled its new line-up of high capacity, countertop pie cabinets.

Available in two sizes, the range features a large 60 pie capacity model and a smaller 20 pie capacity model. As well as pies, the units can be used to display pastries and pizzas at the optimum temperature.

Given the emphasis on making the contents of the equipment visible to customers, the cabinets feature an internal light, large, sliding, easy-clean doors and convenient ‘stay-cool’ handles.

Additionally, a water reservoir and variable temperature controller incorporated into the unit ensures the produce maintains its desired texture, preventing the food from overcooking or drying out.

For added manoeuvrability and user-friendliness, the appliances feature a standard moulded 3-pin plug, allowing for a simple plug-and-go operation along with non-slip feet to ensure rigidity while the unit is on the counter.
