Derby-based manufacturer, Parry, has launched a new hold and serve pie cabinet suitable for cafes and other venues which need to maintain food products at a specific heat.
The compact, stainless steel units are available in two, three and four shelf configurations. The equipment runs off a 13A plug, making it suitable for the counter or bar top.
Features include removable wire shelves, toughened glass at the front and rear, an illuminated interior and a water reservoir to prevent food from drying out.
Sliding doors are provided at the rear and solid glass on the front on the CPC and CPC1 models, whilst the SPC/G unit has a hinged door to the front and solid glass to the rear.
A plug is included and a 1 year on-site warranty also comes as standard. List prices for the units start at £432 for the two shelf SPC/G with dimensions of 400mm (w) x 440mm (d) x 330mm (h) up to £621 for the larger CPC1 four shelf unit which measures 740mm (w) x 360mm (d) x 530mm (h).
