Bolton-based equipment supplier Pantheon is to reveal its mixer, slicer and vegetable preparation machine range at this year’s LACA Education Catering Exhibition.

At the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Wednesday 5 – Thursday 6 July, the firm is highlighting its most popular school kitchen kit.

This includes its latest mixer range comprising seven models, including three heavy duty, planetary machines that is said to manage large volumes at high speed across many kitchen tasks including mixing, beating, whipping, slicing, grating and grinding.

Furthermore, the slicers on offer will be gravity belt-driven, heavy duty MS slicers, fabricated from stain resistant, anodised aluminium which is claimed to be easy to clean. Cutting thicknesses can be adjusted from between 0.2mm and 15mm.

Finally, the vegetable preparation machines range features a plug-in unit which comes complete with a selection of what are said to be easy to change blades that will chip, julienne, dice, slice, shred and grate. Its construction is claimed to be durable, and incorporates an all metal hopper and base.
