Catering equipment supplier Pantheon has launched its new CO3 convection oven to the dealer market.

The Bolton-based company says it is delighted to now be able to offer the heavy duty convection oven in a 3kW option after receiving strong demand from distributors.

The unit, which complements its existing CO4 model, is aimed at establishments seeking a compact, high performing, simple-to-use oven with consistent results across all roasting, baking and grilling applications.

“The CO3 is a plug-in unit so siting is possible within virtually any existing kitchen layout while the oven is sufficiently small to be positioned unobtrusively at front of house if required,” it stated.

Internally, the oven has a 552w x 430d x 418h mm capacity, which can comfortably accommodate 4 x 1/1 gastronorm pans and boasts four stainless steel wire shelves to maximise the space to its full potential.

The appliance has both a top and bottom sited heating element, which can be used individually or in tandem. It can reach a temperature of 300° C and the electronic timer control can be set in one minute increments up to 105 minutes.

Pantheon said the list price of the oven is £1,249 and includes a one-year guarantee.
