Pantheon Catering Equipment has revamped its CO Convection Oven range for 2016.
The three models have been updated with the aim of further improving their feedback and reliability.
One notable change that Pantheon made as a result of customer feedback is the new almost silent fan that is said to increase siting options – which could be especially important for front of house use.
Pantheon’s convection ovens are suitable for a range of cooking functions including prime cooking, roasting, baking, re-heating and food holding.
Because the fan forces a constant stream of hot air around the oven cavity, an even and controlled heat can be maintained throughout.
It also means that, compared to a conventional oven, temperatures as much as 25% lower can achieve results around 20% faster.
The hot air circulation can also prevent flavour transfer, meaning that sweet and savoury dishes can be cooked at the same time.
The three ovens in the range comprise:
CO1 – A compact 2.67Kw oven with a 460w x 380d x 360h cooking space
CO3 – The larger 3Kw model with a 552w x 430d x 418h internal space
CO4HD – A more powerful 4kW version of the CO3 with an identical cooking area
All the ovens are internally lit and feature glass doors. All are gastronorm compatible and all have a temperature range of between 0° and 300°C.
