Panasonic’s accelerated cooking equipment will take centre stage on its HRC stand.

Panasonic is to offer its HRC stand visitors a chance to win a masterclass for two, including lunch, at the new Café Spice Namaste, with acclaimed chef Cyrus Todiwala.

To enter the free draw, visitors should go to the Panasonic stand (P340) during the show, which is returning to London’s ExCeL on 21-23 March.

The winner of the contest for the London Indian restaurant prize will be announced after the show.

Furthermore, during the exhibition, Panasonic will be running a number of daily cooking demonstrations.

Also on stand will be its range of microwave ovens, with the SCV2 Speed Convection Oven taking centre stage.

A range of hot goods to-go with a crisped and browned finish can be provided from this single item of equipment, with a small footprint.

Hot, toasted, sweet and savoury pastry goods can all be served straight from the Panasonic NE-SCV2 speed convection oven as it will grill, toast, bake, re-heat, cook, brown, fry, poach, etc. It doesn’t need extraction either, therefore can be located anywhere, in the smallest of kitchens.
