Panasonic is set to exhibit its new professional microwave as part of The Restaurant Show this week at London’s Olympia.
The all metal door microwave features inverter technology and is 12kg lighter than its predecessor.
The lighter product means lower shipping costs and a more portable and easier to move around product for cleaning.
Panasonic hopes the NE-1878 full metal door design will work hand in hand with the inverter technology and make the new oven faster, more even and use less energy.
This year, the Restaurant Show is celebrating 30 years in the industry and, going into the three day event, expects more than 450 exhibitors to be in attendance.
