Overseas gig for Tunbridge Wells firm

Tunbridge Wells-based County Services has completed an overseas commercial kitchen project for the UK Ambassador’s residence in Brussels.

The distributor specified Maxima 2200 cooking equipment from local catering equipment star Diamond Europe in order to meet the requirements of the facility.

Gary Sharman, owner of County Services, said Diamond had everything it needed from a single supplier and was able to take advantage of the fact that all the kit was locally stocked.

“Diamond simplified our delivery and work schedule by keeping the entire order on a standby collection, which allowed us to have a more comfortable workspace on site, safe in the knowledge that our equipment was available nearby to collect whenever we wanted,” he said.

As well as the cooking equipment, County Services supplied and installed the dishwasher area and hot and cold areas.
