Any dealer on the lookout for a new oven supplier at Hotelympia might do well to drop by the RH Hall, Retigo and Mono Equipment stands.

RH Hall
As a Smeg Foodservice oven partner, RH Hall will be presenting the Italian manufacturer’s range of new and innovative cooking equipment on stand 3160.

Leading the way for a newly developed range, the ALFA140UK will be available in the UK from April, with Hotelympia being the first chance to get a sneak preview.

Suitable for baking and reheating, the ALFA140UK is designed to accept 4x 1/1 GN containers (or 600x400mm trays). This model also features a 50-250°C temperature range and 60 minute timer, plus a double glazed door and stainless steel interior.

Looking further ahead, Smeg will be enhancing its existing oven range with additional multifunction and combination options, all featuring a new control system. Prototype models will be available on the stand as a taster of what’s to come.

For those in the market for a combi oven, Retigo will be enabling visitors to its stand (4420) to experience its Vision range.

The Czech-based manufacturer believes its combi ovens deliver perfect cooking results and will demonstrate its benefits during a live cooking presentation by a Michelin star restaurant sous chef.

Stand visitors will be able to touch, smell, taste and see Retigo Vision enjoying excellent food and getting information about benefits dealers’ customers will appreciate.

All Retigo Vision combi ovens are equipped with low consumption automatic cleaning and intuitive controls.

Mono Equipment
Furthermore, bakery appliance supplier Mono Equipment will be using the trade show to showcase its new oven range tailored for the food-2-go, café, restaurant and bakery sectors.

Stand 3337 will house the recently-launched Compact series that is said to be able to bake, heat and roast a huge variety of food products.

The range comprises four ovens offering a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.

Mono will also highlight its Eco-Touch convection ovens, which it says are the most energy efficient ovens it has ever produced.

Each model has energy saving features and incorporates what is designed to be a state-of-the-art colour touch screen controller. Available as a 4/5-tray and 10-tray option, these will also be on display throughout the show.
