Olive Branch outfits £130,000 school project

Olive Branch Catering Equipment (OBCE) has recently completed the catering facilities at the University of Birmingham Sixth Form Centre.

The project valued at nearly £130,000 and was initially designed by CPS (not CDG, as Olive Branch had earlier indicated); the college had many redesign desires which OBCE says it worked closely on to ensure a complete solution was provided.

Therefore the kitchen required appliances that are going to stand the test of time. Counterline supplied all front of house equipment, while back of house was supported by manufacturers such as Meiko, Falcon, Foster Coldstores and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation.

The sixth form caters for over 1,000 students as is located in the heart of Birmingham, right next to the City University. The new state-of-the-art facility is part of the college’s largest investment in its sixth form.
