Linton-based Olive Branch Catering Equipment (OBCE) has been contracted to outfit kitchens at retail giant Arcadia’s London head office.

The dealer was employed by constructor ISG in January to carry out the £710,000 project for the new commercial foodservice arena within the group’s new headquarters, located on Berners Street, in London’s west end.

The package involves the supply and installation of the commercial show kitchen, front of house servery and high end bar to entertain Arcadia owner Phillip Green’s associates.

Tricon is the consultant involved on the project and OBCE’s project site team are currently working alongside all parties to redevelop the bar design.

The equipment is due to be installed in June, ready for the venue’s July opening.

Kit will be provided by Rational, MKN (via Gamble Foodservice Solutions), Proline, Foster Coldstores and Foster Refrigerator, Essex Fabrications and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation.

Arcadia is UK’s largest fashion retailer, with over 500 stores in more than 35 markets, including department stores such as Topman/Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and Burton.
