NSF appoints business development manager


Food safety certification company NSF International has appointed Andries Joubert as its new business development manager for EMEA.

He will be responsible for the marketing and development of NSF’s technical, food safety equipment and international systems registration services across the supply chain in Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Reporting to regional business development director, Chris Pratsis, Joubert’s key role will be to support integrated solutions for the food manufacturing and retail/foodservice sectors by bringing together customised ranges of NSF certification and supply chain technical services.

Joubert has been based in the UK for 13 years since relocating from South Africa.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining NSF International at this time of our rapid development in Europe and the Middle East. There are many opportunities and challenges open to us and I look forward to using my experience to help further the success of the business.”
