A well-established northern catering equipment distributor is looking for new blood for director level at the earliest opportunity.
In addition to the usual benefits, in return the company will be offering an opportunity to be considered in future succession planning and would therefore most probably be aged between 30 and 45, however age will be no barrier.
Candidates will ideally be based in the north with an excellent track record in sales with a good understanding of managing top customers. A candidate will be expected to have a good clientele of respectable and probably well-known organisations.
In essence the right person will be considering a move where director level and shares or share options will be made available to the serious breadwinners.
The right person could be from a light or a heavy equipment background and if both then this could be considered an advantage. A further advantage would be a proven track record in developing web sales.
Both parties would sign a confidentiality agreement prior to any discussions and meetings.
