TiFry has entered the oil filtration market with its TiFry Filter.

A new player is intending to shake up the oil filtration equipment market.

TiFry has entered the sector with its TiFry Filter portable filtration unit, manufactured from its base in Chepstow.

The stainless steel appliance is said to be able to clean frying oil in 5 minutes and leave re-usable oil with fewer micro particles and carbon.

This clean oil should reduce cooking time and oil absorption and deliver healthier better tasting food to diners.

The filter can be placed in the fryer after service or during breaks in service as it is designed to withstand operational cooking temperatures.

A 5-minute cycle is claimed to remove the majority of the debris and carbon from the fryer, which is said to extend the oil’s lifespan and reduce the cost of cooking oil, as it may not need to be replaced as often.

The TiFry Filter is designed to be dishwasher safe, and be deconstructed in seconds.

TiFry is planning significant expansion in the UK and overseas in upcoming months with more products being released, at a later date, to expand the portfolio.

Company representatives are regularly conducting demonstrations of its products around the UK.
