Simon Esner, director of BaxterStorey joined the board as a Contract Catering representative.
Additionally, Andrew Etherington, from Andew Etherington Associates, who already serves on the executive board, was named vice-chairman.

The FCSI’s UK and Ireland chapter currently has close to 90 Professional members, as well as 95 Allied companies and more than 160 Allied members.
Last week, Boyd-Stevenson outlined her objectives for her two-year term as chair, calling collaboration “central to my agenda”.
She said: “As the only professional organisation for catering management and design consultancy, the executive team and I will be working with our members to influence best practice, infiltrate government policy and standardise good practice across the industry.”
