CESA has announced the revised date for a one-day course that is designed to help catering equipment professionals improve their business finance knowledge.
The ‘Finance Training for Non-financial Directors and Managers’ programme had been due to run in April, but ended up being postponed.
However, the event has now been rescheduled for Monday 17 June at CESA’s offices in London.
The programme, which is run by finance experts Halagen and tailored specifically for the foodservice equipment industry, will cover how to leverage profit and cash flow performance through applying strategic financial insights.
Delegates will learn how their business models may be strengthened and adapted to generate greater financial returns, how to use the four key financial statements for robust business planning and how to improve working capital control.
The programme costs £125 for CESA members and £150 for non-members, excluding VAT.
