Warewashing firm Nelson is eyeing up a spike in sales after promising customers a 15% discount on all orders of its new Advantage range during Hotelympia.

The company will even honour the discount for sales that come directly from site surveys booked at the show and has vowed to throw in six-months’ worth of cleaning chemicals for good measure.

The Advantage suite comprises undercounter dishwashers and glasswashers and a pass-through machine.
Nelson insists the range is a winner on several fronts, including energy efficiency, which it claims “harnesses more heat from waste water to heat incoming water than any other comparable machine.”

It says this can amount to a staggering 20°C, representing vast energy savings.

The Advantage is also engineered to work using the least amount of water necessary. The undercounter dishwasher, for instance, takes in just three litres of water per cycle into its 11 litre tank.

To compensate for the low water volume, the wash arm has been calibrated to rotate exceptionally fast and produce strategically aimed and wide reaching water jets.
