Nelson is bringing both its services as a kitchen design house and warewasher supplier to the Restaurant Show this year.
On stand GF39 at London’s Olympia on 30 September-2 October, Nelson will be showcasing its latest range of Advantage Plus glasswashers and dishwashers.
Said to reduce running costs by using minimal water, energy and chemicals; it is said to run quietly and produce good results. For delicate items there is a ‘Soft Start’ programme which gradually builds to full force.
The Restaurant Show display includes the range’s ‘Compact’ glasswasher, which can be fitted into small spaces, featuring two wash and rinse arms.
Also showing is the AD55 pass through, complete with an integral steam heat recovery system. This is claimed to constitute a major part of the machine’s energy efficiency features, accounting for estimated electricity savings of up to 30%.
On-stand too is Nelson Catering Equipment, which can call on its 40+ years’ kitchen design experience to provide solutions for today’s professional kitchens.
At this year’s Restaurant Show, Nelson is showing a Waldorf Suite along with other Blue Seal equipment and is showing on-screen images from its design portfolio which illustrate how the team has addressed a wide spectrum of challenges for its restaurant clients.
