Nelson adds Covid-19 sanitiser to its portfolio

NELSON ADDS A HIGHLY EFFECTIVE COVID-19 SANITISER TO ITS PORTFOLIO crop
Nelson’s new sanitiser is available as sprays, wipes and solutions.

Nelson has added an alcohol free, hand and surface sanitiser to its cleaning chemical portfolio. ‘Supernova’ has reportedly been proven effective against the Covid-19 virus as well as many other previously recognised viruses, bacteria and fungi including Ebola, MRSA, Clostridium difficile, Swine Flu and Norovirus.

It has been tested to, and passed, 11 European standards of effectiveness against all enveloped viruses and 99.9% against coronavirus. The tests were conducted by a number of authorised independent laboratories to the recognised European standards.

Supernova is said to have long lasting properties whether used as a hand sanitiser or surface sanitiser.

On hands it should stay active for up to 2 hours in dry conditions. Ongoing contact with water will reduce this time unless appropriate gloves are worn.

When wiped or sprayed on to surfaces, it can stay effective for up to a claimed 2 weeks by forming a continuously active, long-lasting coating with a thickness of one molecule.

Supernova is available from Nelson’s new online shop in the following formats – hand wipes, hand sanitiser with dispenser, surface spray and sanitising solution.
