NEC show promises reinforced equipment presence

The organisers of the Hospitality Show in Birmingham have vowed that next year’s event will be strengthened by a greater presence of catering equipment providers.

The show is teaming up with CESA to bring more than 100 exhibitors to its catering equipment hub, which it claims is “more than any other comparable UK show”.

CESA has confirmed that its members are taking 10% more space this year. “The Hospitality Show is the biggest in its calendar year and a real highlight for our members,” said director Keith Warren. “In 2013, CESA will be celebrating 75 years of information, involvement and influence — a legacy that we are keen to uphold at the show.”

The event will house the ‘CESA Innovation Zone’, which will showcase the newest professional products from commercial catering suppliers.

Toby Wand, managing director of Fresh Montgomery, which organises the show, said: “The Hospitality Show really will be the only place in 2013 that you will find such a comprehensive mix of the latest, most innovative professional kitchen solutions under one roof.”

Hospitality takes place at the Birmingham NEC on January 21-23.
