Mono shows off new products

The 3D-X confectionery depositor range is among the recently-launched products Mono will be demonstrating on its Foodex stand.

Bakery appliance supplier Mono Equipment will be introducing several new machines to the market at the Foodex exhibition on 18-20 April at the NEC, Birmingham.

Among the launches is an Integrated Deck Oven Loader which is designed to removes the strain of having to manually load each oven deck, and is suitable for the production of artisan bread.

Also on display will be its new industrial pastry production line and an automatic glazing and icing line which can produce a range of products including Danish pastries and croissants.

Another first at Foodex will be the new confectionery depositor range, which will feature one, two and three colour depositing along with 3D-X multi-directional movement control.

Furthermore, the recent twin arm spiral mixer range is aimed at the more industrial end of the market and is available in a number of size formats. It features a bottom discharge system, bowl locking motion system along with shorter mixing times.

Joining them on stand P250 will be Mono’s new Two-Pocket Roll Plant, which can produce up to 3,200 rolls per hour. With the addition of the forming station, the machine can also produce a variety of baps and finger rolls to complete the range.
