The manufacturer strives for a continuous improvement process.

This includes the optimisation of appliances and technology as well as constantly improving internal production and business processes.

To achieve these objectives MKN implements a quality management system and has been certified according to ISO 9001 for many years.

The company believes that within the scope of a comprehensive audit it has now proven again that it not only meets standards but also sets its own ones in all areas.

The content of the firm’s own quality management manual is also being successfully implemented.

For the upcoming business year, MKN Quality Management has already defined new objectives to further improve customer satisfaction as well as process quality with regard to products and services.
