Mitchell & Cooper has gained UK distribution rights for the full range of HotmixPRO professional thermal mixers.
HotmixPRO machines can help to create creams, jams, doughs, reductions or coulis and will remember the recipe so no intervention is required in future.
The thermal mixers are designed to be able to control the whole process with accuracy, thanks to speeds up to 16,000 rpm; cooking temperatures up to +190°C, and the ability to chill down to -24°C.
The range is suitable for a range of culinary applications including mixing, cooking, preserving, smoking, and the caramelisation of sugar.
