Light catering equipment specialist Mitchell & Cooper has introduced the Nemox Gelato 12K to its portfolio of gelato machines.
The new unit is said to be easy to operate and have many ice cream- and gelato-making features.
Able to produce 12kg of ice cream or gelato every hour, the Nemox Gelato 12K allows users to adjusting the mixing paddle rotation speed from 60 to 130rpm to create the desired ice cream and gelato consistency results in 12-15 minutes.
It also includes a density control switch, which should prevent damage to the machine once the mixing process is complete.
Featuring an electronically-managed inverter, the whole ice cream mixing and extraction process is automated to make operation simple. A magnetic safety device immediately stops the paddle when the lid is lifted, whilst the stainless-steel blade with removable scrapers are designed to ensure kitchen hygiene.
The Gelato Pro 12K is equipped with brakes fixed to the wheels to move around the kitchen when necessary.
