The professional division of Miele has launched the ProfiLine dishwasher range.
The new series has been designed with all of the technology of the brand’s professional range but with the convenience and design of Miele’s flagship domestic range. ProfiLine is designed to be a stepping stone range for any site that is processing large volumes of crockery cleaning but isn’t ready for a fully commercial dishwasher.
The new range offers cycle times of 18 minutes (when connected to hot water and a 32A power supply), and eight programmes. There is an intuitive user interface has been designed for ease of use.
The durable components of the range have been tested for up to 12,500 programmes and up to five cycles a day, while the baskets have been designed to be versatile to handle large loads of crockery with simple loading and unloading.
For increased hygiene, the range comes with ‘Intensive’ and ‘Hygiene’ programmes that achieve temperatures of 70°C and higher. Final rinse temperatures can also be increased to offer anti-viral protection, killing 99.9% of viruses (including Coronavirus and Influenza), according to the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology.
