Middleby Group brands Lincat, IMC and Britannia will be introducing their unique ‘one stop offer’ of prime cooking equipment, vegetable preparation equipment, back bar systems, refrigeration, waste management and ventilation systems at the Professional Kitchen Show at the NEC Birmingham.
On stand 428 during the exhibition on 22-23 January will be the first time that these sister companies have exhibited together since the appointment, in the autumn, of a new and combined senior management team, led by former Lincat MD Chris Jones.
Jones, now the group MD, said: “This is the catering version of a supergroup!
“Together, Lincat, IMC and Britannia can provide almost anything and everything a commercial kitchen or hospitality business might need in terms of equipment. And, particularly amidst Brexit uncertainty, our customers value the fact that all of our equipment is designed, developed and manufactured to the very highest standards, right here in the UK.
“Added to that, we will be unveiling a collection of innovative products. These include a stylish range of IMC bottle coolers which deliver exceptional value for money, an innovative mobile hand wash for use where mains water is unavailable, and our new low cost, wall-mounted range of FilterFlow water boilers.”
Also on display will be Lincat’s budget Phoenix induction oven range. Launched last year, this series has already won key industry awards including Catering Insight’s own Supplier of the Year: Heavy Equipment 2018 accolade and our sister title Foodservice Equipment Journal’s 2018 award for Value and Usability.
Lincat’s no frills Phoenix salamander grill and IMC’s WasteStation, which can help operators to reduce the volume of their food waste by up to 80%, will complete the Professional Kitchen Show exhibition line-up.
