FCSI consultant Rosemary Osbourne, who was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Birthday Honours List, has enjoyed a champagne reception at Meiko’s Race Day at Sandown Park.
Osbourne, who has chaired both the UK and EMEA branches of the FCSI in the past, was honoured for her services to the food service industry.
She now runs her own practice called Rosemary Osbourne Consultancy, based in Buckinghamshire.
Osbourne will receive her MBE at Buckingham Palace later this year, but has already been warmly congratulated by Meiko UK managing director Bill Downie and 80 Meiko staff and guests at the race day.
“The award of an MBE is true testament to Rosemary’s selfless dedication to the FCSI and Association of Catering Excellence over many years,” said Downie.
