Virtual reality and computer modelling has taken the world of Meiko warewashing by storm.
MD Paul Anderson revealed: “We are spending increasing amounts of time devoted to CAD.
“Our BIM modelling for dishwashing and food waste handling projects improves health and safety as well as project management. The virtual reality environments we create help our clients to experience a very detailed and life-like walkthrough of their new system.”
He emphasised: “Meiko customers now have access to hundreds of BIM models which have been created with both designers and end users in mind. The models hold all the technical information necessary at design stage and end users will benefit from key documentation such as O&M manuals and spare parts lists.
“But all these things take more time and require highly specialised personnel.
“We need more CAD designers at Meiko UK and this is the most exciting time to develop a career in CAD design with a company which provides industry-leading foodservice design solutions.”
Therefore the firm is on a recruitment drive for its CAD team. For more information about the vacancy, click HERE.
