Meiko has launched its new Connect App, which allows users of its dishwashing machines to use their smartphones to access and record machine data such as operating temperatures and wash cycle duration.

The app is available in German, English and French and works with all current Android devices.

It provides access to hygiene status and documentation, wash statistics, consumption data, error messages, information messages and maintenance management.

Meiko machines have been ‘connected’ for over 10 years via Bluetooth connection.

The app supports all M-iClean H, U, UPster K and M-iQ models and ensures that operators which don’t have network or WLAN infrastructure in their dishwashing area to access the information they need.

The Meiko Connect app also provides an easy way to access the documentation of any Meiko machine from any location at any time.

To access the digital documentation for a specific Meiko machine, simply scan the QR code linked to the machine’s serial number. The new digital content includes the following types of documentation.

The app is available for free from the Google Play Store, the HUAWEI App Galerie or the Microsoft Store.
