He then progressed to join JLA in May 2016 and only 4 months into the role he was promoted to Catering Machine Sales Manager. His knowledge of the industry and the products he provides is second to none and his sales figures reflect this.

Sam’s industry colleagues report that he’s always willing to help, even when he is swamped. He is more than happy to pass on his extensive knowledge about commercial catering products explain things in depth when required.

He keeps customers happy by not only providing them with quotes for new units, but also giving the personal touch by speaking with them and asking for their requirements. He always ensures he gives clients an honest opinion as to what will work for them and uses his insight to meet their needs.

Sam’s peers say that his wide range of experience across a broad range on manufacturers has been invaluable in the last 12 months from single asset replacement to through to kitchen design. He is innovating the way JLA has worked and evolved within the catering division in terms of suppliers used and projects it has managed to secure through his insight.

Still at such a tender age there remains much time for Sam to develop even further.

  1. Well done Sam! You are one of life’s true gentleman and always treated people with whom you worked, with respect. This was extended to those of us that were operating remotely in various parts of the country, that required quotations and your knowledge. I remember you starting work at Brakes Catering Equipment at the age of seventeen and I have always held you in high esteem and have great respect for you, not just as a professional but as a person. You are polite and honest and I look forward to watching you climb ‘The Ladder of Success’. With My Best Wishes. Doug
