Catering equipment manufacturer Mechline took part in the Britain’s Biggest Breakfast initiative earlier this month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Kristian Roberts, marketing manager, commented: “Historically at Mechline we have been involved in a variety of charity activities.

“This year the staff from across the business have nominated their chosen charities for the year and we will be supporting one per month.

“Cancer Research UK came out top of the list and is close to the hearts of many of the staff at Mechline who all contributed their favourite breakfast items to a big team get together.

“One lucky customer popped in to collect and order and found himself joining in with a hot bacon sandwich.”

Mechline raised a donation of £521.50 to help beat cancer.
