Marren refreshes website design

Marren’s new website includes additional features such as LiveChat, find a drawing and how to videos.

For only the second time in Marren Group’s history, the servicing firm has re-launched its website.

The portal includes product, service and training information and has been designed to offer its customers a resource to support their operations.

The online shop has been updated with all Marren’s latest products, parts and accessories, which can be searched by brand, product name or code to facilitate quickly finding what is required. Plus the new LiveChat option gives users instant access to a member of the Marren team to answer queries.

The website has been built to operate on a mobile device, to enable browsers to access content on the move, or to order parts or accessories onsite.

Other new features and resources added to the website include ‘find a drawing’, for those unsure on which part or accessory is required. These drawings, manuals and parts lists provide detailed information on every aspect of catering appliances.

A ‘how to’ video section includes recorded demonstrations on subjects including how to operate a microwave oven and cleaning equipment correctly, with Marren available to help if further advice is required.

Users can download Marren’s insurance, accreditation or regulatory documents from the new site, plus the service partner for Rational, Turbochef and Merrychef has included a section with the details for its service plans. Users can see how these plans operate and specifically where Marren carries out the checks on the equipment.

One more new facility is the ‘find an engineer’, which allows browsers to find an engineer near them from the nationwide service and maintenance provider.
