Air management system manufacturer Mansfield Pollard has appointed Nick Baldwin as its new estimating and proposals manager.
In this key role, Baldwin will lead the team which creates proposals for its customers and is responsible for the evolution of proposal and tender formats.
The company believes that Baldwin’s appointment reflects the business’ growth plan and its strategy of focusing on the delivery of industry-leading levels of customer service.
With extensive experience working in operations management and business development, Baldwin has a strong track record supporting the development of growth and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in proposal tendering and bidding, customer service and continuous development practices.
