Manitowoc Foodservice’s Phil Dei Dolori has been appointed senior vice president and general manager for the APAC regions, which he will fulfil alongside his current role as SVP and general manager for EMEA.
Dei Dolori has worked for Manitowoc Foodservice for 9 years, and has held various commercial and product leadership positions.
In his new role, he will now assume responsibility for the APAC region in addition to his current EMEA remit.
Together with his regional teams, Dei Dolori will focus on growing the company’s relationships with existing segments and creating new strategies to maximise sales of Manitowoc Foodservice’s product and systems offerings in these areas.
Dei Dolori will continue to report to Josef Matosevic, senior vice president and chief operating officer, and will be located in Eglfing, Germany.
On a product and operations level, he will work closely with the global product line leadership located in each region to ensure best product quality, cost and delivery to all global markets.
Matosevic said: “We anticipate that Phil will continue to grow our strong relationships in APAC with his expanded global responsibilities, and wish him every success in his new role with Manitowoc Foodservice.”
Dei Dolori is a board member of Cooper-Atkins Corporation and has served on the board of directors of the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM).
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut State University, a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, and executive education certificates from Dartmouth College and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
